无创机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation for Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨呼吸衰竭患者应用无创机械通气治疗的临床效果,为临床诊断治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法选择我院在2012年2月至2014年4月期间收治的呼吸衰竭患者54例为研究对象,所有患者均采用无创机械通气治疗。分析其治疗前后p H值,动脉血氧分压(Pa O2),二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2),呼吸率(RR),心率(HR),收缩压(SBP)以及舒张压(DBP)的变化。结果治疗后患者p H值、Pa O2显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者Pa CO2显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者HR、RR显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗前后SBP和DBP比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸衰竭患者应用无创机械通气治疗临床效果显著,具有重要的临床意义,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on patients with respiratory failure, so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 54 cases of patients with respiratory failure in our hospital form February2012 to April 2014 were selected in this study. All cases were given noninvasive mechanical ventilation. The changes of p H value, arterial oxygen tension（Pa O2）, carbon dioxide partial pressure（Pa CO2）, respiratory rate（RR）, heart rate（HR）, systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The p H value and Pa O2 of patients were significantly increased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The Pa CO2 of patients was significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The HR and RR of patients were significantly reduced after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no statistical differences in SBP and DBP before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Application of noninvasive mechanical ventilation for patients with respiratory failure has significant clinical effects, which is worthy of further application.
