摘要
目的观察光子治疗仪联合水胶体敷料对PICC置管所致机械性静脉炎的防治作用。方法 182例PICC置管患者随机分为观察组92例和对照组90例,所有患者均给予水胶体敷料,观察组患者在此基础上给予光子治疗仪治疗,观察比较两组静脉炎的发生率、严重程度、发生时间以及治愈时间。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为2.17%,显著低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。对照组静脉炎发生的平均时间(3±1.05)d,静脉炎治愈的平均时间(13±1.51)d,观察组分别为(5±1.25)d和(10±1.30)d,组间比较,均P<0.05。结论光子治疗仪联合水胶体敷料对PICC置管后机械性静脉炎有明显防治作用。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of photon therapeutic apparatus combined with hydrocolloid dressing for PICC catheter-induced mechanical phlebitis. Methods 182 patients with PICC were randomly divided into two groups. 90 cases of control group were given hydrocolloid dressing, while 92 cases of observation group were given photon therapeutic apparatus combined with hydrocolloid dressing. The incidence of phlebitis, and the severity, occurrence time and cure time of phlebitis were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis of observation group was 2.17%, significantly lower than 10.00% of control group(P〈0.05), and the phlebitis of control group was more serious than that of observation group. The average occurrence time and cure time of phlebitis were(3 ± 1.05) d and(13 ± 1.51) d of control group respectively, and(5.0 ± 1.25) d and(10 ± 1.30) d of observation group respectively, comparison between groups, both P〈0.05. Conclusions Photon therapeutic apparatus combined with hydrocolloid dressing for PICC catheter-induced mechanical phlebitis has significant preventive and therapeutic effects.
