摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理模式在急诊科护理中的应用方法和应用效果。方法随机选择88例于我院急诊科就诊的患者,其中2013年6月至2013年12月的44例患者为对照组,实施常规护理,2014年1月至2014年6月的44例患者为观察组,实施无缝隙护理。对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的焦虑自评分(SAS)、抑郁自评分(SDS)均明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床护理总满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科实施无缝隙护理模式,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪,降低护理不良反应发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To observe the methods and effects of non-break nursing mode in emergency department. Methods Eightyeight patients in emergency department of our hospital were selected, in which, 44 patients with routine nursing from June 2013 to December2013 were set as control group, and 44 patients with non-break nursing mode from January 2014 to June 2014 were set as observation group.The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P〈0.05). The total satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Non-break nursing mode applied in emergency department can effectively improve patients' negative emotions, reduce the incidence of nursing-related adverse reactions, and improve patients' satisfaction degree to nursing.
