糖尿病患者心血管手术的围术期管理

Perioperative Management of Diabetic Patients with Cardiovascular Operation

围术期血糖水平的上升导致了糖尿病患者发病率和病死率的增加,有心血管疾病的糖尿病患者尤甚。血糖的变化及其监测对于心血管手术的糖尿病患者围术期安全具有重要意义。积极干预围术期血糖的变化,将血糖控制在一定范围内有助于减少并发症的发生。本文就糖尿病患者的流行病学,糖尿病患者围术期血糖监测及控制进展,外科手术及麻醉对糖尿病患者围术期血糖的影响,糖尿病患者围术期高血糖对机体的影响与糖尿病患者心血管手术的特点予以综述。

Blood glucose levels rise around operation period resulted in increased morbidity and mortality rate of diabetes patients,particularly in patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Changes and monitoring of blood glucose have important meaning in perioperative period for the safety of diabetes patients with cardiovascular operation. Active intervention of the change of blood glucose in perioperative period to control blood glucose in a certain range helps to reduce the occurrence of complications. In this paper, the epidemiology of diabetes patients, the progress of blood glucose monitoring and control operation of diabetic patients, the effect of surgical operation and anesthesia on perioperative blood glucose in diabetic patients, the perioperative hyperglycemia effect on diabetes patients and the characteristics diabetic patients with cardiovascular operation were summarized.
