摘要 氧化应激损伤通过影响精子浓度、降低精子活力、破坏精子DNA完整性、改变精子形态、加速精子凋亡等途径影响精液质量,最终导致男性不育。近年来,生殖系统的氧化应激损伤受到男科医师的广泛关注。为阐明氧化应激损伤对生殖系统损伤的作用机制,研究人员已开展了大量的临床及动物实验研究。该文总结近年来研究生殖系统氧化应激损伤所用到的动物实验方法,以期为以后的男性不育症研究提供参考。 Oxidative stress( OS) influences the quality of semen by decreasing sperm concentration,reducing motility of sperm,changing spermatozoa forms and accelerating spermatozoa apoptosis,finally leading to infertility. In recent years,OS in the reproductive system has been highly concerned.In order to explore the mechanism of OS damage of reproduction system,a lot of clinical and animal experiments have been developed. Here is to summarize the animal experimental methods in the research of OS in reproductive system in recent years,so as to provide a reference for the subsequent studies of male infertility.
