神经干细胞作为药物载体应用于恶性胶质瘤治疗的研究进展

摘要 尽管目前在对恶性胶质瘤的治疗方面取得重大进展,但患者的预后仍不容乐观。近期发现神经干细胞有较强的胶质瘤亲向性迁移能力,可被开发用于运载胶质瘤特异的基因药物,有许多研究证实该疗法的可行性和有效性。然而,将该疗法应用于临床尚有许多亟待解决的问题。该文对神经干细胞作为药物载体应用于恶性胶质瘤治疗的相关研究进行综述,并展望其未来的研究前景。 Although significant progress has been made in the treatment for malignant gliomas,the prognosis of the patients with malignant gliomas is still unsatisfactory. Recent studies have suggested that the neural stem cells have an inherent glioma-tropic migration property,they can be applied in the development of specific gene therapy as the carrier of gliomas,and the feasibility and efficacy of this gene therapy in the treatment of malignant gliomas has also been proved by a lot of studies. However,there are still several critical areas of concern in the application of such therapy. Here is to make a review of the research progress on neural stem cell as therapeutic vehicle in the treatment for malignant glioma,and its research prospect.
