摘要
坦索罗辛是一种新型的α1A受体特异性拮抗剂,其治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)疗效确切,不良反应少,且患者的依从性好,尤其适用于70岁以上、不能耐受手术治疗的BPH患者。该文将阐述坦索罗辛单用或联合应用治疗BPH合并多种疾病的疗效,并探讨坦索罗辛的不良反应,以便为今后应开展多中心、大规模的循证医学研究提供基础,以促使该药更好地应用于临床。
Tamsulosin is a new kind of α1A receptor specific antagonist,and its curative effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH） is definite with fewer adverse reactions and good compliance in patients,it is especially suitable for BPH patients above 70 years old and unable to endure operations. Here is to make a review of the curative effects of single or combined tamsulosin therapy for BPH complicated by various diseases,and the adverse reactions,in order to provide basis for the development of polycentric and large-scale evidence-based medicine in future and promote the application of tamsulosin in clinical.
