新生儿重症吸入性肺炎应用地塞米松联合氨溴索注射液治疗的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Dexamethasone Combined with Ambroxol Injection on the Treatment for Neonatal Severe Aspiration Pneumonia

目的观察地塞米松联合氨溴索注射液治疗新生儿重症吸入性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2010年2月至2013年5月重庆市垫江县人民医院收治的重症吸入性肺炎患儿81例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为盐酸氨溴索组(41例)和地塞米松组(40例)。地塞米松组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予地塞米松治疗,盐酸氨溴索组在地塞米松组治疗的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效、机械通气比例、通气时间、氧疗时间及住院时间。结果盐酸氨溴索组患儿的疗效显著高于地塞米松组,而机械通气比例、通气时间、氧疗时间及住院时间均显著低于地塞米松组(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗新生儿重症吸入性肺炎疗效确定,安全可行。

Objective To observe the curative effect of dexamethasone combined with ambroxol injection on the treatment for neonatal severe aspiration pneumonia. Methods A total of 82 cases of neonates with severe aspiration pneumonia admitted in Dianjiang County People＇ s Hospital from Feb. 2010 to May2013 were selected as research objects,and divided into ambroxol hydrochloride group（ 41 cases） and dexamethasone group（ 40 cases） according to random number table. Children in dexamethasone group were given dexamethasone on the basis of conventional therapy,while children in ambroxol hydrochloride group were given ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of therapy in dexamethasone group. The curative effects,proportions of mechanical ventilation,and durations of ventilation,oxygen therapy and hospital stays of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride group was significantly higher than dexamethasone group,while the proportion of mechanical ventilation,durations of ventilation,oxygen therapy and hospital stay were significantly lower than those of dexamethasone group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of dexamethasone combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment for neonatal severe aspiration pneumonia is definite,and it is safe,feasible.
