隧洞取水泵站侧向进水池流态计算与分析

摘要 为评估泵站进水池现有设计及进流条件下的流态及对泵站运行工况的适应性,需对其进行流动计算。其中湍流模型采用标准k-ε黏性模型,因上部有气液交界面,对自由液面的描述采用VOF模型。计算采用非定常方法,采用PISO算法进行计算。结果表明:进水池有主流区(坎外)和坎内流动区,主流区流速较快,给坎内的泵池补水,泵池内液面较平缓。其研究方法和成果可以为相关泵站进水池设计提供参考。 To assess the current state of pump sumps and the flow conditions of existing designs to the operating conditions of the pump station adaptability,a flow calculation is done.And turbulence model uses standard k-εviscous model to describe the free surface by using VOF model for the gas-liquid interface of the upper part.Unsteady method and PISO algorithm is used to calculate.The results indicate that the pumping station's intake have main flow region(outer of candela)and flow.Mainstream area flow rates is faster,to supply the region of inter ridge of the pump sump,pump tanks surface is relatively flat.The research methods and results can serves as a reference for designing an associated pumping station.
