摘要
轴流泵及其泵站装置对国民经济的发展起着重要的作用,在水利工程中应用广泛,尤其是南水北调工程实施过程中的表现尤为明显。但因其流动的复杂性而致使设计和制造过程繁琐,且经济性较差。结合轴流泵站装置的管路特性参数和轴流泵的结构参数,基于水力损失法,建立了其在设计流量附近的性能预测数学模型,并据此开发了性能预测和绘制基本性能曲线的应用程序,同时在田山一级泵站进行了现场试验,通过预测值和实测值之间的对比、分析,验证了性能预测模型和应用程序的实用性,在田山一级泵站的技术改造过程中发挥了重要的作用,有效缩短了技术改造的时间,也获得了较大的经济和社会效益。同时,为提高预测的精度和扩大其实用性,提出了下一步研究工作的重点。
Axial pump and pump station devices have a very important effect on the development of national economy.It is widely used in water conservancy projects,especially during the practice process of the South-to-North Water Diversion Projects.But because of complicated flow,its processes on designing and manufacturing are very complex,and the economic performance is poorer.Combing pipeline parameters of axial pumping station device with structure parameters of axial pump,based on hydraulic loss method of hydraulic machinery,mathematical models of performance prediction on axial pumping station device were built,and application program that essential performance curve could be created and the performance of the pumping station device could be predicted.At the same time,site tests were carried out at the grade 1pump of Tianshan.Checking by contrasting actual measurement dates and predicted dates,the performance prediction models and application program were practical,and played an important role in the process of technical reform.Thus,the time of technical reform has been shortened,and larger economic and social benefits has been obtained.Meanwhile,in order to improve its predicted accuracy and expand the practicability,further operation emphases were proposed at last.
