分散式风电接入对110kV地区电网无功电压特性的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 分散式风电接入110kV地区电网,风电功率的波动性和电网结构的薄弱都会给电网电压稳定性造成影响。介绍了风力发电系统的构成和常用双馈异步风力发电机模型,分析了风力发电机恒功率因数和恒电压2种控制方式的异同。以湖南省某110kV地区电网为例,使用电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)搭建仿真计算平台,研究不同控制方式下风电波动对电网电压的影响。在风电场接入110kV电网和接入220kV电网2种方式下,就风电波动时并网点电压波动特性的差异性进行了分析研究。结合仿真计算结果,对风电场接入110kV地区电网的安全运行提出了建议。 The voltage stability of power grid-connected wind farms will be influenced by the wind power fluctuation and the strength of power grid.In this paper,the composition of wind power generation system and the model of the commonly used doubly fed wind power generators are introduced.The constant power factor and constant voltage control method of wind generator are comparatively analyzed.The simulation platform is established by using PSASP,and the influences of wind power fluctuation on power grid voltage are calculated when two different control methods are implemented.The differences of voltage fluctuation characteristics caused by the wind power changes are studied when wind farms are integrated into the 110 kV grid or 220 kV grid.Based on the simulation calculation results,some suggestions of safe operation of the regional 110 kV power grid-integration of the wind farms are given.
