Teaching Reform on Quality of Undergraduate Thesis in Pharmacy of Local Medical Colleges and Universities

为提高地方医学院校药学专业本科生毕业论文质量,推进教学改革的进程,作者在前期调查研究的基础上,构建了"学生为主体,教师为主导,院系为组织,学校为监控"的教学模式,以科研项目为依托的药学专业学生科研创新能力培养的新模式,科研与教学融于一体,以培养医药学创新型人才。

The aim of this paper is to improve the quality of undergraduate thesis in pharmacy of local medical colleges.The teaching model was built by the student as the main body,teacher as the leadership,departments of organizations,school for monitoring on the basis of preliminary investigation.At the same time,the new teaching model was combined scientific research and teaching,which was based on scientific research project.In order to cultivate medical innovative talents,we gave some measures and countermeasures to improve further the overall quality of undergraduate thesis by the way of study and practice.
