摘要 为观察促动式教学方式对预防医学学生学习意识和自身能力的提升作用。随机整群选取152名预防医学专业四、五年级学生作为促动组,参加同期学习的129名学生作为对照组,促动组学生采取为期1年的情景式教学、组织学生参加健康教育、咨询等社会实践、参与力所能及的科研活动以及开展课堂讨论等方式对学生进行促动,对照组学生则按常规教学方案开展教学,促动前后分别对学生的学习兴趣和自身能力进行调查。促动后,与对照组学生相比,促动组学生了解专业及其作用、对学习有兴趣、理解所学知识、认识到应进行自主学习的比例明显较高,其接触社会、应用知识、语言表达能力也明显提高,且懂得科研方法的比例也较高。因此,促动式教学能有效增强预防医学专业学生的学习意识,提高其自身能力。 To learn the effect of promoting teaching on the study awareness and the ability of the students majored in preventive medicine.152 students majored in preventive medicine of grade 4or 5were randomly selected in the promoting group in clusters,while 129 students were selected in the control group who were studying the same subject in that time.The students in the promoting group were promoted for 1year with the scenic teaching,social practice,research work and discussion in the class,while the students in the control group were taught with routine method.Their interest in study and ability were investigated respectively before and after the promotion.After the promoting teaching,compared with the students in the control group,the rates were higher in the awareness of the majors and their importance,interest in the study,knowledge comprehension and awareness of autonomic learning for students in the promoting group.The abilities in social practice,knowledge application,language expression were increased and the rate for recognition of research work was also higher.The awareness for study and the ability for practice are effectively increased with promoting teaching for the students majored in preventive medicine.
