摘要
面对当前传统实验教学的局限性和虚拟实验的迅速发展,南京医科大学构建了医学分子生物学虚拟实验平台,建立了"理论学习→虚拟实验→实际操作"三步曲的教学改革模式。本文总结了该虚拟实验平台构建的流程、要素、实验内容及应用优势。合理运用虚拟实验作为辅助教学手段,将促进分子生物学实验教学模式的改革并加强高校信息化建设的步伐。
With the rapid development of virtual experiment in the understanding of experiment micro mechanism,Biochemistry and Molecular Biology department of Nanjing Medical University constructed a medical molecular biology virtual experiment platform,and subsequently established a trilogy of teaching reform model of"Theory Teaching-Virtual Experiment-the actual operation".This paper summarizes the construction process,elements,experiment contents and application advantages of the medical molecular biology virtual experiment platform.The rational use of the virtual experiment as auxiliary teaching means of traditional experiment teaching will strengthen the development of molecular biology experiment teaching,promoting the reform of molecular biology experiment teaching mode and the pace of information construction.
