摘要
当前,医学生职业生涯规划教育研究多以就业为目的,对医学学科规律和职业特殊性的考虑较少。文章通过对医学生职业生涯规划教育现状的分析,结合实践经验,提出了"三维双轨制"教育模式。"三维双轨制"教育模式是教师和学生两个主体从不同视角,双向互动共同完成信念传递、知识传授、能力培养三个维度的教育。这种教育模式不仅能让医学生拥有坚定的职业信念,获得系统的理论知识,还能全面提升其实践能力。
At present,the purposes of most research on medical students career education is employment,considerate less to the particularity of the medical discipline rule and professional.Based on the analysis of medical students' career planning education,combined with practical experience,this paper puts forward the"three-dimensional double track"education mode.Teachers and students from a different perspective,two-way interaction together to complete three dimensions of education,including belief transfer,knowledge teaching,capacity building.This mode of education will not only allow medical students have a firm career belief system to obtain theoretical knowledge,but also to enhance their ability in practice.
