摘要
儿科临床教学存在较多的困难,儿科面对的患儿及家属是一个特殊群体,加上各种社会因素的影响,如:独生子女政策、高校扩招、医患矛盾等问题,严重影响了临床教学质量。我们对多年实习带教工作中存在的问题进行了分析总结,制定了相应的解决对策,如:进行入科教育,加强管理力度,注重儿科特色教学,改进教学方法,加强医患沟通训练等,激发学生对儿科的兴趣,提高了儿科实习教学质量。
At present,there are many difficulties in pediatric clinical teaching,We summarize the prevalent problems in clinical teaching and analyze countermeasures：department entrance education,strengthen the management of interns,carry out pediatric characteristic teaching,improve the practice teaching methods,reinforcing the training of doctor-patient communication。Stimulate interns interest in pediatric study,Improve the quality of the pediatric clinical teaching.
