小儿髂筋膜间隙阻滞的临床应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 髂筋膜间隙阻滞是利用股外侧皮神经、股神经、闭孔神经同时存在于髂筋膜间隙内的解剖特点,将局部麻醉药注入此间隙,可达到三支神经共同阻滞的目的.近年来,随着小儿外周神经阻滞技术的发展,髂筋膜间隙阻滞在小儿中的应用逐渐增多,对于小儿髋部、大腿及膝部等处镇痛效果良好.该文将结合髂筋膜间隙的解剖特点,就小儿髂筋膜间隙阻滞的适应证、阻滞方法及临床应用效果作一简要综述. Fascia iliaca compartment block is described for blocking the femoral,lateral cutaneous,and obturator nerves if the local anesthetic is introduced behind the fascia iliaca,which circumscribes a potential space which contains three nevers.In recent years,an increasing number of fascia iliaca compartment blocks are performed in children with the development of the pediatric peripheral nerve block,and the analgesia effect on the thighs,hips and knees is satisfactory.In combination with the anatomy of the fascia iliaca compartment,this paper reviews the indications,methods and effect of fascia iliaca compartment block in children.
