On the Causes,Principles and Ways of Reformation in Auction Supervision

我国拍卖业的恢复发展与拍卖监管改革之间存在着特别的联系。当前拍卖监管状况距离拍卖实践需求仍有较大差距,改革之路依然任重道远。拍卖监管改革需要坚持法治原则、市场自由原则、有效监管原则,妥为确立改革着力点。优化拍卖监管体制、完善拍卖主体监管规则、加强拍卖行为监管、明确拍卖标的监管职责、改革拍卖责任制度,可以成为下一步改革的主要突破口。

The recovery and development of the auction industry has special relationships with its supervision system in China. The current supervision has not met the requirement of the auction realities,and needs to be well reformed accordingly. Insisting on the principles of governed by law,market freedom and effective regulation should be the choice of the reformation. Optimizing the auction regulatory system,perfecting the rules of subject regulation,enhancing the regulation on the auction behavior,clearing the responsibilities on the auction object and revising the auction responsibility system could be the main ways in the this reformation.
