摘要 提出了一种改进的感应电机控制方法,能够在整个弱磁区域输出最大转矩,且保证输出最大转矩的最优电流矢量是在有限的电压和电流情况下得到的。对大定子电阻的电机,电阻上的压降进行了补偿。该方法通过一个简单的查找表实现,在数字控制系统中这样做节省了大量CPU时间。最后,通过试验验证了该方法的有效性。 An improved approach to the induction motor control that ensures the production of maximum torque over the entire flux-weakening region was presented. Then, the optimal current vector to maximize torque output was obtained considering the limited voltage and current capacities. Especially, for the motors with a large stator resistance, the influence of the resistance voltage drop was compensated. Moreover, the above method was implemented in a simple look-up table which saved CPU time in digital control system. Finally, the experiments were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the presented method.
