摘要
针对转子导条上的谐波损耗问题,在保持槽面积不变的基础上,对转子槽形进行改进。通过降低转子槽深、降低转子导条上谐波电流的集肤效应的影响、减小导条电阻增大系数,最终减小转子谐波损耗。当电机由非正弦电压供电时,在瞬态场中求解改进前后两种不同槽形转子导条上的谐波损耗,并在涡流场中计算电阻增大系数和电感减小系数。经过有限元软件仿真结果比较,证明改进方法有效。
Harmonic current induction in the rotor bars, and because of the effect of skin effect, and the rotor bars harmonic loss are increased. The rotor slot area while maintaining the same under the circumstances, the rotor slot shape was improved. Lower rotor slot depth was used to reduce the influence of the skin effect of harmonic currents, thereby reducing the coefficient of resistance increased, ultimately reducing the rotor harmonic losses. The coefficient of resistance increase and inductance reduction of two different rotor slot shapes were calculated in the non-sinusoidal voltage supply by eddy current field, and the rotor bars harmonic loss was calculated in the transient field. The validity of the improved method were confirmed by FEA results.
