超敏C反应蛋白与纤维蛋白原在脑动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种以胆固醇等脂质代谢紊乱为主要特征的病理过程[1],表现为脂质和坏死组织的骤聚,是一种退行性病变。早期动脉粥样硬化内皮细胞损伤机制[2],巨噬细胞和T细胞聚集在动脉内膜,随后某些炎症介质在血浆中的水平上升。血液中的LDL于动脉壁沉积并氧化,内皮细胞在氧化型LDL的刺激下表达单核细胞趋化蛋白1,已经黏附在内皮细胞的血单核细胞迁移至皮下,继而分化为巨噬细胞,
