摘要
由于种种原因,人们无法随时跟踪所有产品,获悉其精确失效时刻.于是,在预先设定的时刻,对试验产品进行定时观察,就能获得部分产品的失效信息,这样得到的失效数据即分组数据.本文应用TFR模型,讨论了当失效数据为分组数据时,广义指数分布在多步步加试验下的参数估计,并通过数据模拟说明了方法的有效性.
Due to various reasons,people cannot keep track of all products and get the exact time of their expiration date. So,at a predetermined time,we can obtain the expiration information of some products by observing products.These expiration data were grouped data. Based on grouped data,this article discussed parameter estimation of generalized exponential distribution by the multi-step-stress accelerated life tests. The analysis of the data was made by the TFR Model. Then,the estimation method was proved rightly by Monte Carlo stimulation.
