土地利用变化与经济发展的关系研究——以湖北省为例

Study on Relationship between Economic Development and the Changes of Land Use in Hubei

开展土地利用变化与经济发展的关系研究,目的就是掌握二者之间的关系,找到使土地利用与经济发展均衡协调的对策,从而保证经济持续健康稳定的发展.作者主要根据湖北省不同年份土地利用情况,结合当年经济发展状况,采用相关分析法和回归分析法,选取相关主要指标来研究二者之间的关系.结果表明耕地面积变化与经济发展呈负相关,建设用地面积变化与经济发展呈正相关.

The relationship between changes in land use and economic development has been studied. find method to make land use and economic development balanced and coordinated development in order to ensure the stable and healthy economic development. This paper mainly took correlation analysis and regression analysis and selected relevant indicators to study the relationship between land use and economic development according to the utilization of land in different years. The results showed that the change of arable land and economic development were negatively correlated,while construction land change and economic development were positively correlated.
