滋脾益智方对三种智力障碍模型小鼠益智作用的比较

Comparative Research of Effect of Zipiyizhi Decoction on ThreeKinds of Alzheimer's Disease Mouse Models

目的 :探讨滋脾益智方对 3种老年性痴呆模型动物的益智作用。方法 :用铝中毒、东莨菪碱中毒和鹅膏蕈氨酸损伤的方法塑造小鼠痴呆模型 ,用避暗实验 ,跳台实验观察中药对其学习记忆能力的影响。结果 :3种痴呆模型动物学习记忆能力显著下降 ,尤其是长时记忆能力下降更明显 ,且 3种模型之间无显著性差异。中药治疗后其学习记忆能力显著提高。结论 :滋脾益智方能显著提高

Objective:To study the increasing-mentality effect of Zipilyizhi drug on three kinds of Alzheimer's disease mouse models.Methods:In this study,the models were caused by Alcl 3 poisoning,scopolamine hydrobromide poisoning,and ibotenic acid poisoning,and the effects of Chinese drugs on the stuty and memory ability of models were studied by step-through and step-down experiments.Results:The study and memory ability of all three kinds of models decreased significantly,especially the long-time memory ability,and there were no significant differences among the three kinds.And the study and memory ability increased significaltly after Chinese drugs treatment.Conclusion:Zipiyizhi Decoction can increase the study and memory ability of three kinds of Alzheimer's disease mouse models.
