摘要
随着教育城乡一体化的迅速发展和特殊教育教师出现的各种新变化和新趋势,特教教师城乡一体化也出现了新的变化和发展。文章通过对中美特教教师城乡一体化的背景以及城乡一体化的教师结构、教师培训、教师专业化和教师待遇进行一一比较分析,进而为我国的特教教师城乡一体化提出相应的改进策略与建议。通过建立教师结构合理化、提高教师水平专业化、完善教师培训系统化和加强教师待遇倾斜化,来提高我国的特殊教育教师城乡一体化。
With the rapid development of urban-rural educational integration and various new changes in special education teachers, new changes and development appear in the urban-rural integration of special education teachers. This study makes a comparative analysis of the backgrounds of the urban-nual integration of special education teachers in China and the US, as well as teacher training, teachers' professional development and their salaries in the two countries, and proposes improving China' s urban-rural integration of special education teachers by establishing a rational structure of special education teachers, improving both their professionalism and training system, and raising their salaries.
