中学生害羞与情绪调节自我效能——内隐害羞观的调节效应 被引量:3

Secondary School Students' Shyness and Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy—the Mediating Effect of Implicit Self-Theories of Shyness

摘要 采用害羞量表、情绪调节自我效能量表和内隐害羞观量表测查了756名中学生情绪调节自我效能的现状及其与害羞、内隐害羞观的关系。结果发现:(1)男生的情绪调节自我效能显著高于女生;初一学生的情绪调节自我效能显著高于其他年级学生。(2)不同害羞水平中学生在情绪调节自我效能各维度得分与总分上差异显著,高害羞组个体情绪调节自我效能显著低于低害羞组个体。(3)害羞能显著预测中学生的情绪调节自我效能,内隐害羞观在害羞与情绪调节自我效能间起调节作用。 This study aims to probe into secondary school students' regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and its relationship with their shyness and implicit self-theories of shyness, by surveying 756 secondary school students with corresponding scales. The results show the following: ( 1 ) The boys and the first-year lower secondary school students reported a significantly higher level of regulatory emotional self-efficacy than the girls and the lower sec- ondary school students from other academic grades, respectively; (2) the secondary school students at different levels of shyness scored significantly differently in their regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and those at a higher level of shyness scored significantly lower than those at a lower level of shyness; and (3) shyness can significantly predict their regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and their implicit self-theories of shyness mediate between their shyness and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
