In the actual clinical work,Professor OUYANG Qun combined with modern medicine in the clinical anatomy and rehabilitation medicine knowledge, and further developed the method of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in nervous system diseases. Therefore Professor OUYANG Qun formed the acupuncture prescription in encephalopathy. This paper introduces its composition and discusses its characteristics.
