社区干预对2型糖尿病患者影响的临床研究

目的探讨社区医疗干预对2型糖尿病患者用药依从性和血糖水平值的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者100例,给予社区医疗干预,分析干预后的用药依从性和血糖水平检测值。结果经过社区医疗干预后,患者用药依从性95.00%,干预后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(4.9±0.7)mmol/L、(7.5±1.6)mmol/L低于干预前(6.7±1.8)mmol/L、(10.6±1.4)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合社区医疗干预措施应用于2型糖尿病患者治疗中,能够提高患者用药依从性,有效控制患者的血糖浓度,对提高患者生活质量有重要作用。

Objective To study the impact of community medical intervention on the medication compliance and glycemia of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were choosed and were given community medical intervention.After the intervention, drug compliance and blood glucose were tested. Results After community medical intervention, patients medication compliance was 95.00%,After the intervention, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose two hours, respectively （4.9 ±0.7） mmol/L, （7.5 ± 1.6） mmol/L lower than before intervention（6.7±1.8） mmol/L, （10.6 ±1.4） mmol/L （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion It that the comprehensive community health interventions was used can improve the medication compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes, and control glycemia effectively, and play a important role to improve the quality of life.
