摘要
运用AMO理论工具,对影响员工创新行为的心理因素进行整合,指出员工创新行为受到"我有创新能力"、"我有创新动机"及"我有创新机会"等三种心态的综合影响。选择创新自我效能感、内在工作动机和组织创新氛围三个变量,利用309名企业员工数据进行实证检验。结果表明,能力、动机和机会因素均正向作用于员工创新行为;机会也通过动机和能力的传导而影响员工的创新行为;能力、动机和机会在对员工创新行为的影响上具有正向协同作用,即同时具备高能力、高动机和高机会的员工的创新行为最明显。
Using the theory of AMO, the paper generalizes the psychological factors that affect employee innovation behavior, and points out employee innovation behavior is influenced by "I have the ability to innovate" , "I have the motivation m innovate" and "I have the opportunity for innovation" . Further, selecting creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and organizational innovative climate as independent variables, using the set of 309 employees to make empirical test, the results demonstrate that these three factors simultaneously affect employee innovation behavior, the impact is the biggest; and in the relationship of the opportunity end employee innovation behavior, the ability and motivation play the partial mediating role.
