董事会人力资本和内部社会资本对其创造性决策的影响研究:基于知识创造视角

A Research on the Influence of Board Human Capital and Internal Social Capital on Board Creative Decision: Based on the Perspective of Knowledge Creation

人力资本是董事会创造性决策的基础,并非单独发挥作用,其效果还受到内部社会资本的调节,但现有文献并未对此给予关注。鉴于此,本文从知识创造视角,分析了董事会人力资本和内部社会资本对其创造性决策的直接影响;依据群体知识创造理论和网络创新理论,探讨了内部社会资本对人力资本两个方面,即知识深度和知识宽度影响创造性决策的调节作用。本文利用166家中国上市公司二手数据的研究结果发现,知识深度和沟通程度对董事会创造性决策具有显著正向影响,且沟通程度正向调节了知识深度对创造性决策的影响;知识宽度对董事会创造性决策具有负向影响,沟通程度对这一负向影响不具有调节作用。

Human capital is the basis of board creative decision, but does not exert its influence individually; On the contrary, its effect is also moderated by the internal social capital. Unfortunately, the available literature does not pay attention to this. In view of this, from the perspective of knowledge creation, this paper analyzes the direct influence of board human capital and internal social capital on board creative decision, and explores the moderating effect of internal social capital on the influence of human capital （knowledge depth and knowledge width） on the creative decision according to the theory of knowledge creation in group and the theory of network innovation. With the secondary data of 166 Chinese listed companies, this paper finds that, knowledge depth and communication degree have significant positive influence on board creative decision, and communication degree positively moderates the influence of knowledge depth on board creative decision; knowledge breadth has significant negative influence on board creative decision, and communication degree has no moderating effect on this negative influence.
