摘要
近年来,我国劳动关系处于相对紧张状态,劳动争议呈上升趋势,群体性事件时有发生,这对我国经济社会发展无疑是不利的。如何正确看待这种劳资冲突,建立有效的劳动关系协调机制预防处理劳资冲突、协调劳资矛盾显得尤其重要。本文试图通过回顾加拿大劳动关系历史发展及其建立的劳动关系协调机制,以为我国协调劳动关系提供借鉴。
In recent years, labor relation is in a relatively tight status, there is a rising tendency on labor disputes, mass incidents have occurred sometimes. Undoubtedly, all these are harmful to economic and social development in China. How to view this labor conflict objectively, establish an effective coordination mechanism of labor relations, prevent and coordinate labor conflicts are particularly important. This paper attempts to review the historical development of the Canadian labor relations and labor relations coordinating mechanism established in Canada to give lessons to the coordination of labor relations in China.
