湖北省现代农业产业技术体系深化研究

Study on How to Deepen Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System in Hubei Province

建设现代农业产业技术体系是提升农业科技自主创新能力的重要举措。阐述了湖北省现代农业产业技术体系建设在农产品研发、技术攻关、试验示范、技术推广等方面取得的良好进展,对产业布局过窄、投入支撑力度偏小、部门协作不够等阻碍体系效率提升的问题及原因进行了分析。建议通过加强统筹规划与管理、多元化渠道筹措资金、提升农业推广效益、完善综合考评机制、构筑共性技术平台等途径,促进体系的可持续发展和运行效率的提升。

The construction of modern agricultural industrial technology system is an important way to promote the innovative ability of agricultural science and technology.This paper illustrates good progress in the construction of modern agricultural industrial technology system in agricultural product research and development,technological breakthrough,experiment and demonstration and technological extension in Hubei province and also analyzes several problems and their causes in hampering the further improvement of system efficiency,such as the narrow industrial distribution,shortage in investment and insufficient cooperation among different departments.Therefore,this paper proposes some suggestions on how to promote the sustainable development and operation efficiency of such system,which includes strengthening the overall planning and management,raising funds by diversified channels,increasing the efficiency of agricultural extension,perfecting the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and constructing generic technological platform.
