儿童腺样体肥大患者血清中TNF-α、IL-4、ECP水平及与肥大程度、体质量指数的关系 被引量:14

Study on the relationship between serum levels of TNF-α,IL-4,ECP and the degree of adenoidal hypertrophy and body mass index in children with adenoidal hypertrophy

摘要 目的:研究分析腺样体肥大患儿血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平变化,以及与其腺样体肥大程度、患儿体质量指数(BMI)之间的关系。方法:选择腺样体肥大患儿98例作为研究组,筛选体检正常儿童96例作为对照组,测定两组儿童身高、体质量,计算BMI,计算腺样体与鼻咽部口径的比值(A/N)来判定腺样体肥大程度;检测两组TNF-α、IL-4和ECP水平,分析腺样体肥大程度、BMI与TNF-α、IL-4和ECP之间关系。结果:研究组与对照组TNF-α、IL-4水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ECP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不同肥胖程度的TNF-α、IL-4和ECP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组血清TNF-α和IL-4水平随腺样体肥大程度增高而升高,呈正相关,不同腺样体肥大程度组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ECP水平与腺样体肥大程度无明显相关性。结论:腺样体肥大患儿血清中TNF-α、IL-4水平均有不同程度的升高,且其水平升高程度与腺样体肥大程度具有正相关性,而ECP与腺样体肥大程度无明显相关性。 Objective: To explore the relationship between serum levels of Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-a), Inter- leukin-4(IL-4), Eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and the degree of adenoidal hypertrophy and body mass index(BMI) in chil- dren with adenoidal hypertrophy. Methods: 98 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy patients were enrolled as study group, and 96 ca- ses of normal children were enrolled as control group. The height, body mass, and BM1 of two groups were calculated. The adenoid nasopharynx ratio and diameter (A/N) of two groups were determined as the grades of adenoids hypertrophy. The lev- els of TNF- alpha, IL-4 and ECP were detected, and the relationship between serum levels of TNF-a, IL-4, ECP and the de- gree of adenoidal hypertrophy and BMI was analyzed. Results:The levels of TNF- alpha, IL-4 between study grouo and control group had significant difference (P〈0.05), but no significant difference in ECP levels (P〉 0.05). The levels of TNF- alpha, IL-4 and ECP with different degree of obesity on two groups had no significant difference (P〉0.05). The serum levels of TNF- and IL-4 in study group increased gradually with adenoid hypertrophy, and showed significant positive correlation, sta- tistically significant different of adenoid hypertrophy differences between groups (P〈0.05). There was no significant correla- tion between ECP level and adenoid hypertrophy. Oonclusion.. The serum levels TNF- alpha, IL-4 of in children with adenoid hypertrophy increase some extent, and the level are correlated positively with the degree of adenoid hypertrophy, however the ECP show no obvious correlation.
