基于微博的突发事件针对性信息分享行为分析

Analysis of the @ Behavior in the Emergency Based on the Microblog

文章研究了2012年台风"海葵"这一突发事件的大量微博中@这一针对性分享行为与哪些内容有关。通过对518条关于海葵微博进行内容分析,借助关联分析的apriori算法得到与@相关的内容。本文的创新点在于通过研究针对性信息分享行为,以了解在突发事件中用户与朋友分享的信息,从而揭示了用户的信息需求,发现在"海葵"这一突发事件中用户针对性分享的内容主要是突发事件的基本信息,包括基本情况、地点以及时间,同时还会使用多种表达方式,包括表情符号、图片、详细信息的短链接等。这对提高应对突发事件信息发布的有效性有借鉴作用。

This paper studied what the @ behavior was relevant to among large number of micro-blogs about ＂sea anemones＂.In the Sina microblog,it collected 518 posts related to this emergency in August,2012,and then this study did content analysis.In the analysis,apriori algorithm of the correlation analysis was used to obtain rules between key information and @ behavior.The innovation point of this paper was to analyze the sharing behavior @,which had important significance to understand what was the major information users would share with specified people in the emergency.This paper found that the most important information was the basic situation,the disaster sites,the time and three kinds of expression way（images of faces,pictures and short links）,which would be helpful to respond to release of information in emergencies.
