摘要 为探索商业智能(BI)新技术对电网企业信息化的推动作用,提高电网企业生产管理水平和服务质量,文章介绍了属于BI范畴的数据仓库、联机分析处理等新技术,以阶梯电价决策支持为例,阐述了OLAP技术在电力行业的应用原理;以国家电网公司"大规划"投资计划分析为例,论证了BI技术在山东电力的应用实践能够提高信息资源利用效率。以国家电网公司"大营销"客户分析为例,提出了BI新技术的未来应用场景。文章的研究对提高企业信息管理水平、支撑企业科学发展具有积极作用。 In order to explore the Business Intelligence (BI)'s role in power grid company infbrmatization, and improve production management and service quality of power grid companies, this paper first introduced the data warehouse, online analytical processing, and other new technologies belonging to the category of BI. Then with the example of decision support about multistep electricity price, the principle of OLAP technology in power industry was expounded. With the example of investment planning and analysis of"Daguihua" strategy in SGCC, this paper demonstrated that BI technology application in Shandong Electric Power Company can improve the utilization efficiency of information resources. Finally, with the example of customer analysis of "Dayingxiao" strategy in SGCC, application scenarioes of BI technology were presented. This paper plays a positive role in improving information management and supporting company scientific development.
