The Design of "Five-in-One" Management Platform in SGCC

国家电网公司"五位一体"管理平台是统一集约、协同开放、资源共享、信息交互的信息化平台,其助推公司各管理体系协同运转、持续优化,促进管理水平不断提升。为确保平台建设的顺利进行,研究了各省市公司前期建设的信息化平台,结合国家电网公司"五位一体"协同机制的实际业务需求,以国家电网公司先进的统一应用开发平台SG-UAP为基础,建成"五位一体"管理平台。该平台将公司流程体系、职责体系、制度体系、标准体系和考核体系高度融合、优化匹配、协调配套,形成了系统科学、规范唯一、全面覆盖的协同机制信息化管理平台。

＂Five-in-One＂ management platform in State Grid Corporation of China is developed for the realization of a unified, intensive, open, collaborative, resource sharing and information exchanging platform, which can help enterprises promote management systems cooperation and improve the management level. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the platform construction, we investigate the information platform construction of internal provinces and combine with actual business needs of State Grid Corporation of China ＂Five-in-one＂ mechanism. On the basis of unified application development platform named SG-UAP, we eventually build the ＂Five-in-one＂ management platform in State Grid Corporation of China. The platform integrates process system, responsibility system, institutional system, standard system and performance system, with the features of system scientific standard and comprehensive coverage.
