配电线路在线监测系统的研发与应用

Development and Application of Distribution Line Online Monitoring System

配电线路在线监测系统是国网浙江省电力公司加强配电线路监测管理、实施智能电网整体战略的重要组成部分。文章基于国家电网公司配电线路故障指示器技术规范,结合国网浙江省电力公司配电线路在线监测装置技术规范、系统通信协议、无线终端安全接入标准和业务需求规范,提出了配电线路在线监测系统组成、架构和应用流程。通过配电线路在线监测系统的建设,国网浙江省电力公司提高了供电可靠性,提升了配网运行管理水平,优化了配电网运行方式,并提高了服务水平。

Distribution line online monitoring system is an important part of overall strategy of smart grid of strengthening the management of distribution line in State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company（ZEPC）. Based on the technical specification of distribution line fault indicator of State Grid Company, distribution line monitoring technical specifications, system communication protocol, the wireless terminal security access standard and service requirement specification of ZEPC, this paper proposed a distribution line online monitoring system and presented the system composition, architecture and application procedure. Through the construction of the proposed system, ZEPC improved the power supply reliability, the management level of distribution network, the service quality and optimized the network operation mode.
