摘要
在充分分析电网基建项目管理需求的基础上,内蒙古电力公司借鉴工程管理先进经验组织建设基建项目管理平台,利用信息化手段辅助加强基建项目管理的过程管控,为提升项目管理的效率和效益提供有效的技术支持。文章介绍了电网基建项目管理系统的技术开发环境和部署模式,阐述了系统的主要功能,并分析了系统应用带来的实际效益。该系统的投入使用,满足了公司精细化管理的需求,能够为工程决策提供及时、准确、丰富的信息,有助于增强企业的核心竞争力。
By analyzing the requirements of power grid infrastructure projects management, the infrastructure projects management platform is developed with the advanced experience from projects management by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company. The system uses information technologies to reinforce the process control of infrastructure projects management. It provides an effective technology support for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of projects management. This paper introduces the technology environment of system implementation and system deployment model, describes its main functions and analyzes the application benefits. The application of the system will meet the requirements of fine management and can provide accurate, abundant information for engineering decision. It is helpful to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.
