摘要
针对目前规划计划各业务应用系统不能满足国家电网公司集团化运作、集约化发展、精细化管理要求的现状,基于企业架构设计了平台架构、技术线路及部署模式,提出了业务、应用、数据和技术四大架构的设计方案;通过规划、计划、统计各项业务信息交互,实现跨业务集成应用功能;通过与大建设、大运行、大检修、大营销和人财物的融合集成,整合公司综合性业务信息资源,实现综合计划、同业对标、综合统计等跨业务集成应用功能;为全面支撑大规划体系建设,提出了切实可行的信息化路线,改变了当前由各专业应用在内部分散实现的模式,构建了覆盖公司所有电压等级和各专项、各层级的统一规划体系。
In this paper, considering the current status that plan programming of each business application system can＇t satisfy the group operation, intensive development, fine management requirements of State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）, this paper designs the platform architecture, technical routes and deployment model based on enterprise architecture, and presents a platform design solution with four major business, application, data and technology architecture. Through various information interaction of programming, planning and statistics, cross business integration is realized. With the integration of big construction, operation and maintenance, marketing, human resources, financial and supplies, the integration of cross business application functions including the comprehensive planning, trade mark, comprehensive statistics and etc. is achieved. This paper puts forward a feasible information route to fully support the ＂big planning＂ system construction, which can change the current dispersion application mode, build a unified planning system covering all voltage grades, specialties and levels.
