Problems of Rural Teachers' Professional Development in Developed Areas and Countermeasures

经济发达地区的农村学校虽然物质条件明显改善,但在教师专业发展领域依然面临诸多困难,需要从多个层面加以解决,包括加大政策扶持力度,引入社会资源办学;革新教师发展评价体系;创新农村教师发展模式;立足农村校本研训,促进教师自主发展;构建合作文化生态圈,培育教师学习共同体。

The material conditions of rural schools in developed areas have been improved obviously, but the professional development of rural teachers is still facing numerous difficulties. The problems should be solved from many aspects, including strengthening policy supports and introducing social resources to run schools, reforming evaluation system of teachers＇ development and innovating development patterns of rural teachers, keeping a foothold of rural school-based research and training as well as promoting teachers＇ self-directed development, and building cooperative cultural ecosphere as well as cultivating teachers＇ learning community.
