A Research of Higher Vocational Education Mode for Training Creative Treative Talents Based on Skill Contests

技能竞赛对于学生培养有重要作用,针对学生参加技能竞赛积极性不足、人数不多等现状,应该采取多种措施,如:成立学生工作室、完善竞赛机制、配强师资队伍、利用激励带动机制等,以激发学生的学习热情,增强其社会竞争力。

Skill contests play an important role in students＇ development. In light of the lack of initiative and insufficient number of students that take part in such contests, the paper proposed such measures as the establishment of the students＇ studio, improvement of the competition mechanism, enhancement of the teaching team and the use of incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of students and to enhance students＇ social competitiveness.
