Analysis and Implementation of Boundary Line Description's Method

农村集体土地确权登记发证工作要求查清每一宗土地的权属、界址、面积和用途等基本情况。本文简单描述了宗地、界址点、界址线及相互关系,在此基础上结合生产实际需要阐明权属宗地中界址线走向描述的基本思路,分析界址线描述算法,并进行线算法流程设计,最终通过GIS的二次开发,对地籍数据库进行统一处理,实现界址自动填写工作,为生产服务。

The registration and certificate issuance of rural collectiveland rightconfirmation work requires to identify the basic situation of each parcel of land＇s ownership,boundary,area,uses and so on.This paper briefly describes the cases,the boundary points,the boundary lines and their interrelations,on this basis,combining with the actual production need,we clarify the basic ideas of description of the parcel boundary line＇s trend ownership to describe,analyze the algorithm of the boundary line description,carry on the design process of line algorithm,and finally through the second exploiting of GIS,we give uniform treatment to the cadastral database,realize filling boundary marks automatically and service for productions.
