以“尊人为大”思想创新社会治理理念

摘要 将老子的"人本"思想概括为"尊人为大",其本质是以人为本。老子的全部治理思想就是人本治理思想,就是"尊人为大"。这与马克思主义的人的自由发展论相契合,也和科学发展观相契合。因此有必要将马克思主义与老子人本治理思想结合起来,提出解决各类社会矛盾的总原则,真正推行民主决策和民主行政等。 Laozi’s humanism thought firstly summed up as “respect the human” by its very nature is people-oriented. All the Management thinking of Lao zi is this management thinking, is management thinking of“respect the human”. Consistent with the free development of the Marxist theory and scientific concept of development. Contemporary China enters a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society and deepens reform, accelerate the transformation of economic development in the crucial period. This paper argues that it is necessary to research and innovation, combined with the management ideas of Marxism and Laozi, which put forward the general principles to resolve various social contradictions, democratic decision-making and democratic administration.
