摘要
职业核心能力作为职业发展的"关键能力",直接影响着毕业生的就业竞争力。目前高职院校普遍采用显性课程为主的培养方法无法达到"心理"层面的提高。以会展专业为例,从教学环境、教学过程和文化心理等方面论述隐性课程设计,以提高该专业学生的职业核心能力。
Vocational core competence, also known as the key ability, is the critical ability in one ’s career development, which decides the competitiveness of a person and a company. Although it has successfully raised the awareness by vocational colleges, the current explicit method cannot reach a psychological level thus changes the students’ inner behavior, in terms of its implicit and non-technological features. Aiming at improving the vocational core competence of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing/Conventions, Exhibitions/Exposition) students, this thesis studies explore how hidden curriculum can effect on the cultivation of vocational core competence better than explicit curriculum and presents a design mainly from three aspects including teaching environment, teaching approaches and cultural elements.
