摘要 ESP教学是目前大学英语课程拓展的一个重要趋向。在课程设置方面,应用型本科院校面临师资力量薄弱、教学资源分散、学生语言基本功欠缺等多方面问题。解决这些问题的对策在于优化ESP教学资源配置,统一管理,以EOP教学为切入点,在语块教学的基础上实施案例教学法。 ESP teaching is an important trend of the current College English curriculum development. In the curriculum aspect, the applied undergraduate colleges have been confronted with impediments ranging from weak teachers to scattered teaching resources, as well as the students ’ deficiency of basic language skills. The countermeasures to solve these problems include optimizing the allocation of teaching resources, unifying ESP course management, taking EOP teaching as the breakthrough point and implementing the case teaching method on the basis of lexical approach.
