地籍管理课程教学改革的研究与实践

Research and Practice of the Cadastral Management Courses Teaching Reform

从国土资源管理部门及土地登记代理机构的用人需求出发探讨了地籍管理课程改革的必要性,并分析了地籍管理课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出了构建课程体系、完善教学资源、改进教学方法以及增设实践环节等措施.结果表明:教学改革对提高学生兴趣、增强教学效果具有积极的推动作用.

From the employment needs of the land and resources management departments and land registration agency, the paper discussed the necessity of cadastral management teaching reform and analyzed the main problems existing in the cadastral management teaching practice. Aim at these problem, it put forward measures such as constructing system of course, improving teaching resources and methods, and adding practice part. The result showed that it played a positive role in increasing the students’ interests and enhancing the teaching effectiveness.
