摘要
目的探讨非内分泌科糖尿病专科护士的培训方法及效果。方法 2013年1月至2014年5月,选择南通大学附属医院的35名非内分泌科室护士,对其进行为期1个月的糖尿病专科理论及实践培训,培训结束后35名护士对自己所在科室的其他护士进行糖尿病专业知识和专科技术操作的规范指导。培训前后对培训护士及其相关科室护士有关知识及技能的考核情况进行比较。结果培训后,35名非内分泌科糖尿病专科护士的糖尿病基础及护理知识、操作能力及沟通教育能力的成绩或评价均高于培训前(均P<0.01);35个非内分泌科室的专科护理质量及360名护士专业知识考核成绩均优于或高于培训前(均P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论非内分泌科糖尿病专科护士的培训提高了护理人员的综合素质及专科技术水平,有利于使更多的糖尿病患者得到及时、专业、规范的护理服务。
Objective To discuss the training method and effect of diabetic specialist nurses from non-endocrinology departments.Methods 35 diabetic specialist nurses from non-endocrinology departments were selected and trained from January 2013 to May 2014,including one month theoretical lessons and clinical practice.35 nurses will train the other nurses in the department about diabetic knowledge and standard operations guidance after finishing the training.Assessment score of knowledge and skills of trained nurses and relevant nurses in the same department were compared before and after training.Results After training,mastery of basic diabetic and nursing knowledge,operating skills and communication skills of 35 hospital diabetic specialist nurses from non-endocrinology departments were much better than before training(all P 0.01).The diabetic nursing quality and the professional knowledge assessment score of other 360 nurses were higher than those before training(all P〈0.01).Conclusion Training hospital diabetic specialist nurses from non-endocrinology departments improves the comprehensive quality of nurses which is good for patients to get timely,professionalized and standardized nurse service.
