摘要
研究了硝酸钠-碘化钾-十八烷基三甲基氯化铵体系浮选分离铅(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明,在0.5g硝酸钠存在下,当0.1 mol/L碘化钾溶液和0.03mol/L十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTMAC)溶液的用量均为2.00mL时,体系中的Pb2+以(OTMAC)2(PbI4)沉淀形式被浮选至盐水相上形成浮选固相而被定量浮选,而Co^2+、Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Ni^2+、Al^3+和Fe2+仍然留在盐水相,实现了Pb2+与这些离子的定量分离。实验方法对合成水样中微量Pb2+的定量浮选率为99.6%~102.3%。
The flotation separation behaviour of lead(Ⅱ) by sodium nitrate-potassium iodide-octadecyl trime- thyl ammonium chloride system and the separation conditions for lead (Ⅱ) with other metal ions were stud- ied. The results showed that in the presence of 0.5 g NaNOa, when the amounts of 0.1 mol/L KI solution and 0.03 mol/L octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(OTMAC) were both 2.00 mL, the water-insolu- ble ternary association complex of (OTMAC)2 (Phi4) formed from system floated above the salt-water and formed solid phase with clear interface, thus Pb2+ could be floated quantitatively. In this condition, Co^2+ , Zn^2+ ,Mn^2+ ,Ni^2+ ,Al^3+ ,Fe^2+ could not be floated. The quantitatively separation of Pb^2+ from those metal ions was achieved by flotation. The proposed method has been used for the quantitative flotation separation of trace Pb^2+ in the samples of synthetic water with the flotation yield of lead of 99.6%-102.3%.
