摘要
为了满足汽车电子电路和安全问题的严格化要求,我们采取在发动机高温区的发热部件表面和需要被保护的整车线束表面增加隔热层,以及提高导线的耐温等级等方法来提高汽车线束的安全性。本文讲述了商用车线束设计中应采取热害防护设计的部位以及热害防护的方法,提高整车线束的安全性,同时提高整车可靠性。
To meet the stringent requirements of automotive electronic circuits and security issues, we take on the surface of the heating components that engine of drier and protection of the surface of the vehicle wiring harness need to be increase the thermal insulation layer, and improve heat resistance level of wire and other methods to improve the safety of the vehicle wiring harness.This article tells the story of commercial vehicle wiring harness should be adopted in the design of the part of the thermal pollution protection method,to improve the safety of the vehicle wiring harness.at the same time improve the reliability of the vehicle
