NAA、GA_3对A4无核荔枝采前落果及品质的影响

Effect of spraying NAA and GA_3 on preharvest fruit drop and quality of A4 seedless Litchi

以10年生的A4无核荔枝树为材料,研究不同生长调节剂处理对其采前落果及其品质的影响。结果表明,10～80 mg/L的NAA、GA3均对防止A4无核荔枝采前落果、改善果实相关品质具有显著作用。不同浓度的NAA处理中,以40 mg/L处理对降低采前落果率、果实可滴定酸及提高果实的纵径、横径、单果重的效果最佳;不同浓度的GA3处理中,以20 mg/L处理对采前落果率、果实可滴定酸及提高单果重的效果最好。

The effects of different growth regulator on preharves fruit-drop and fruit quality were studied, taken10-years-old A4 seedless Litchi trees as material. The results showed that 10～80 mg/L NAA and 10～80 mg/L GA3 treatment could prevent litchi fruits to drop before harvest and improve fruit quality significantly. In different treatments, 40 mg/L NAA treatment could reduce preharvest fruit-drop rate and fruit titratable acidity（TA） content,as well as improve single fruit size and weight remarkably; 20 mg/L GA3 could also reduce preharvest fruit-drop rate and TA content of fruit flesh, and increase single fruit weight very well.
